Amidst another surge, trying to address COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy

As discussed in my last post, these last few weeks as a new attending have been tough let alone working in the midst of another surge of the pandemic. I worked with my MBA team on a service project to address COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy. It felt empowering to redirect our frustrations around the pandemic by working within our spheres of influence to enact positive change.
